Do you offer free shipping?Updated 2 years ago


Please note that as of March 6, 2023, all orders will have a $5 fulfillment fee added in the check out cart. This is not a shipping fee.  Please understand that with the cost of labor rising, our warehouse has imposed a fulfillment charge to process, pick, and pack our orders.  We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight, or add other charges.  Rather than raising our prices, this seemed like the most fair way to cover this expense. 


All orders over $125 will ship Free, with free return/exchange shipping if necessary.

All orders under $125, are shipped with an additional $8 shipping fee and if returned, an $8 return ship fee will be deducted from the refund.

 All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next business day, usually Monday, unless it is a holiday, and will likely ship within a few days.
All orders ship from New York. 
Delivery Service: Estimated 2-10 Business days depending on where you live.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are billed at a flat rate of $30. 

Shipping cost doesn’t include duty or taxes, this additional amount is payable upon receipt of the package. 

Ecru does not deliver internationally to countries outside of Canada at this time.
