Follow these steps to process your return:
Once you complete the process, you will be emailed a return label and authorization that you can print from your computer. Once you have printed these, please include the authorization inside your return package, and then remove any existing labels, stickers or other materials from the outside of the package.
Affix the prepaid return label and drop off at any USPS facility.
