What is a Fulfillment Fee?Updated a year ago

All orders have a $5 fulfillment fee added to their final cost at check out. This is not a shipping fee.

Please understand that with the cost of labor rising, our warehouse has imposed a fulfillment charge to process, pick, and pack our orders.  We did exhaustive research across the market and many brands charge a re-stocking fee, or do not pay return freight as we do, or add other charges.   

Rather than raising our prices, this seemed like the most fair way to cover this expense.   We hope you understand.
