What is your return/exchange policy?Updated 6 months ago

Defective, unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise may be returned within 21 days of your shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be sent back new and unused with all original garment tags attached. You must ship your return within 5 days of printing  your return label or the return window will expire for that authorization.

All orders over $125 within the continental United States, receive free shipping. All orders under $125 will have an $8 shipping fee added at check out and an $8 return ship fee deducted from a refund if you decide to return.

If you need to return an item which you bought on pre order, you should be able to process a return within 21 days of the date of shipment.  If you are having problems processing your return, please contact our customer service department to process this return for you.  Our customer service line is 1-855-879-3278 EXT 1.

Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged. Final sale items are noted on the style's page; in your order confirmation email, in check out, as well as in all our email marketing and social marketing.

Merchandise approved by ecru to be returned past the 21 day return window, will be issued at the lowest current sale price. Final sale items approved for return are also issued as a store credit minus a return  ship/restock fee, at the current sale price.  Late returns and final sale returns are approved at the discretion of ecru.  


If you would like to return your items for a store credit, you can receive an additional 10% to be used on a future purchase.  In order to receive this option, you must call our customer service line at (855) 879-3278 ext. 1
