Will I receive an order confirmation and tracking#?Updated 2 years ago

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the items/colors/sizes in your order, along with the Web PO number (order #) (at the top of the email confirmation).

Once the order ships, you will receive a second email with the Fed Ex tracking #.

If any items your purchase are on pre order, these will not ship until they arrive in stock at our warehouse.  

Pre order items are paid for at the time you place your order, to reserve your choice of color and size.  

Pre order items are notated on the style's page with the button "PRE ORDER" instead of "ADD TO CART"

We will list and update the expected ship dates on all pre order items on the style's page, under the box 'EXPECTED SHIP DATES."  We will make every effort to update this information on the website in this location, when we experience delays in pre order shipping.
